The Hayes House creates families where there were none. From the moment you arrive for your first tour, you will feel the love and support this house will afford you. Built in 1936, this wonderfully fully furnished coed house boasts 16 beds divided into five bedrooms, a gorgeous swimming pool, and a delightfully central location in the Mid-Wilshire district.
You are within walking distance to popular cultural spots (LACMA, Petersen Automotive Museum, The El Rey Theater) as well as the world-famous outdoor shopping plaza, The Grove. And, with the Carthay School of Environmental Studies Magnet mere blocks away, your safety is all but guaranteed by the strong police presence. It truly is a wonderful neighborhood to get clean and sober in!
Coed living gives you the familiar opportunity to get fresh, new perspectives on life problems. You get to problem-solve with other clients who are not only willing to listen, but also help hold you accountable as you draw your boundaries and move forward in your recovery.

Dr. Deena is the Chief Clinical Officer of Westwind Recovery®, an award-winning outpatient treatment center in Los Angeles where she oversees the clinical and administrative program and treatment methods. Dr. Deena is a doctor of psychology and licensed clinical social worker since 1993. LCSW #20628. Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Deena has worked running treatment centers, worked as a therapist in psychiatric hospitals as well as school settings and currently has a thriving private practice in the LA area. Dr. Deena has appeared regularly on the Dr. Phil Show as an expert since 2003. She has also been featured on many other TV shows, podcasts and has contributed to written publications as well as podcasts.
